The accommodation is clean, the staff is outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind, and I was very impressed with the standard double room featuring a big bed, as well as the stunning restaurant for dinner.

I'm so happy we decided to stop for another night in New Forest again, and even happier that we chose this hotel. The therapists at the Senspa were fantastic, providing superb treatments in a relaxing environment. The staff at the restaurant were also top-notch, serving delicious meals in an elegant setting.

Located in a beautiful forest setting, this hotel offers a variety of dining options. The French restaurant serves authentic cuisine, while the Zen Garden Restaurant provides outstanding hospitality. The hotel is within walking distance of all amenities in the area, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is exceptional, providing top-notch service. The spa facilities are highly recommended, including the decent-sized pool and extensive treatment menu.

The only downside is that there was a wedding taking place during the weekend we stayed, which made it a bit noisy at times.

The superior room we stayed in was spacious and conveniently located near the spa, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. we had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.
